If that's the case, why does Cobb stage 1 or 2 only shoot for approx 14.5 psi of boost? My tuning experience is from the DSM world where the stock TD04-14b, 2.5" TBE, 550cc injectors, rewired fuel pump, and SAFC would net very close to 300whp.
